Rickey began his career in insurance claims handling in 1988 as an insurance company adjuster and claims manager. Over the next 5 years as an independent adjuster working on behalf of various insurance companies, Mr. Conradt handled thousands of homeowner and commercial property claims during major storm events such as Hurricane Hugo in South Carolina (1989), Hurricane Andrew in Florida (1992), and countless hailstorm events throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and other states. In 1999, Mr. Conradt became an advocate for insureds when he began working as a Public Adjuster in Florida. In 1992, he returned to Texas where he started his own Public Adjusting firm specializing in handling hailstorm and other severe weather damage claims for commercial, industrial, and high-end residential property owners.
He has worked tirelessly to this day as a property claims specialist and advocate for policyholders throughout Texas and other states. Mr. Conradt looks forward to devoting his damage assessment and insurance claims knowledge and expertise he has acquired since 1988 to helping municipalities, non-profits, and institutional Clients navigate the grant application and claims processes.
Just as he does with his traditional policyholders, he will work zealously to ensure that his Clients receive the public funding they are entitled to as well as the insurance proceeds they are owed under their policies for their storm-related property losses.
