Mr. Rocha has over 15 years of experience in Project Management and Business Development. He managed daily research operations in the pharmaceutical research industry and is well versed in FDA standards and regulations. Mr. Rocha also initiated new partnerships and lead stakeholder and sponsor negotiations. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Policy from American University in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Mr. Rocha was a Board of Directors’ member for a nonprofit organization that provided mental healthcare services to low-income families in Austin, Texas. His responsibilities included grant writing proposals, fundraising, and recruitment of prospective donors. Mr. Rocha joined the PACI team in December of 2018 and is eager to use his skill sets to expedite the processes to rebuild and improve communities.
