Rick is a public insurance adjuster licensed and bonded in Puerto Rico, Texas and Missouri. He has 10 years of experience working with federal government agencies. In addition, he has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, most recently serving as a director of human resources managing all facets of human resources, staffing/succession planning, compensation, training/development, culture and diversity advocate. Rick is a Captain with the Texas Army National Guard and is the commander of a unit that recently deployed to East Texas during Hurricane Harvey. The unit he commanded rescued over 3,000 citizens of Houston and

Orange County Texas. During the hurricane he worked inside the Emergency Operations Center in unison with local, state and federal agencies to include FEMA, Taskforce 1, Texas Rangers, U.S. Special Forces, Orange County Sheriff’s, mayors, city councilmen, county judges and various other law enforcement, fire, and medical professionals.
